Is Your Investment in West and Central Africa Actually Safe?
Diaspora professionals and development organizations investing in West and Central Africa lose money every day to corruption and operational blind spots. I provide the trusted ground presence and verified oversight that keeps their investments honest and operations on track.
— THE PROBLEM
You did everything right. You identified the opportunity. You committed the resources. You found partners on the ground. And still — money disappears. Reporting becomes vague. Accountability evaporates. The people you trusted stop picking up.
This is not bad luck. It is a predictable pattern in fragile and high-risk environments — and it has a solution.
What most diaspora investors and development organizations lack is not good intentions or sufficient funding. What they lack is verified, trustworthy ground presence — someone who knows the terrain, knows the people, and cannot be bought.
This is what I provide.
— WHAT I DO
How I Protect Your Investment and Keep Operations Honest
OPS — 01
Operational Oversight
I monitor your ground operations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis — verifying that work is progressing, funds are being deployed as intended, and your partners are delivering on their commitments. You receive structured, verified reports, not secondhand assurances.
RISK — 02
Corruption and Misappropriation Risk Management
I identify the specific vulnerabilities in your operational structure that expose you to embezzlement, diversion, and misappropriation — and I put governance mechanisms in place to close them before they cost you.
GROUND — 03
Trusted Ground Anchoring
I maintain active, verified relationships with trustworthy individuals and networks in Nigeria, Congo, Ghana, Liberia, and across the region. When you need operations anchored in people you can actually rely on, I make that connection — and I vouch for it.
— WHO IS THIS FOR
This service is designed for:
Diaspora professionals investing in community development, real estate, agriculture, education, or business ventures in West and Central Africa — who need eyes on the ground they can trust
Development sector organizations — NGOs, foundations, bilateral agencies, and social enterprises — operating in fragile or high-risk environments who need independent oversight and accountability assurance
Executive leaders building or restructuring security and governance frameworks in complex environments
If you have resources committed in the region and cannot personally verify what is happening with them, we should talk.
— Why I Am Positioned to Do This

I spent twenty-one years inside the Nigerian government security apparatus, rising to Chief Security Intelligence Officer. I have seen, from the inside, precisely how corruption operates, how accountability breaks down, and where the gaps are that predators exploit.
Following my government service, I held international security management roles across the region — building the network of trusted relationships and ground-level intelligence that I now deploy on behalf of my clients.
Credentials
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria, Certified Management Consultant licensed by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute for Industrial Security, and a Certified Security Specialist Instructor (CSSI) licensed by the Nigerian Institute for Industrial Security. I am also the author of more than a dozen books on security, governance, leadership, and Nigeria's political landscape — including Surviving the Storm: A Security Intelligence Officer's Guide to Navigating Nigeria's Looming Crisis and Politics: A Chronicle of Why and How Nigeria Failed.
My credentials are not theoretical. They were built on the ground, inside the system, over decades. That is the difference.
— HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
How We Work Together
Every engagement begins with a Discovery Conversation — a focused discussion about your specific situation, the environments you are operating in, and the risks you are most concerned about.
From there, I offer two primary engagement structures:
90-DAY ENGAGEMENT
The Operational Integrity Audit
A structured assessment of your existing ground operations in one country. I map the trust and accountability gaps, verify current operational status, and deliver a written report with clear, actionable recommendations. This is the right starting point if you are not yet sure what you are dealing with.
MONTHLY
Ongoing Oversight Retainer
For organizations and individuals who need continuous verified presence on the ground — regular monitoring, reporting, and advisory support across one or more countries. Structured around weekly check-ins and monthly and quarterly reports.
Custom engagements are also available for organizations with specific mandates or multi-country operations.
Let's Talk About What You're Protecting
If you are investing resources — financial, organizational, or otherwise — in West or Central Africa, and you do not have verified oversight in place, you are operating on trust alone.
Trust is not a governance system.
I can help you build one.
